1. Cancellation by Guest

If you need to cancel your reservation, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. The following cancellation terms apply:

   •       More than 30 days before check-in: Full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.

   •       15 to 30 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

   •       Less than 15 days before check-in: No refund.

If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or travel restrictions), please reach out to us directly. We may offer flexibility based on the situation, but this is not guaranteed.

2. Cancellation by Lakaz Kannell

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., maintenance issues, unforeseen emergencies), we will provide a full refund of any payments made. Additionally, we will assist you in finding an alternative accommodation if possible, at no extra cost.

3. Modifications to Your Reservation

   •       Changes to Dates: If you need to modify your booking dates, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Modifications are subject to availability. Changes made more than 30 days in advance are typically free of charge. Changes within 30 days of check-in may incur additional charges or may not be possible.

   •       No-Show: If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date and fail to notify us, the full booking amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the cancellation request has been confirmed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of exceptional circumstances beyond both parties’ control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics), we may offer a partial or full refund, or allow you to rebook your stay at a later date. Please contact us directly to discuss options.
